About Hyangsook Yun
Hyangsook Yun, a Seoul-born artist and graduate of Hong Ik University, is celebrated for her innovative and evolving artistic vision. Since her first solo exhibition, Yun has explored diverse mediums, integrating both two and three-dimensional elements. Early in her career, she incorporated recycled objects into her art as symbols of resilience and transformation. Later, Yun introduced dot matrices, layering vibrant and watercolor-like tints over iconic silhouettes—such as bottles, books, and jazz musicians—creating an illusion of depth that heightens the fleeting beauty of her subjects.
With a deep passion for drawing and illustration, Yun brings her artistry to JINsoon’s Fall Trio Box, infusing each design with the lively, colorful essence of autumn.
