1. Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship outside of the US but you can check the our retailer list to see if there is an international store near you.
2. What carrier do you ship the orders with?
We ship via FedEx ground and Fedex SmartPost
3. Can you ship my order with another carrier?
Generally we would prefer to ship via FedEx but we will try our best to accommodate you. Please contact us prior to placing an order.
4. How long would my shipment take from placing the order?
Processing can take 2 days but generally the orders are packed and shipped the same day they are made, unless they were placed over the weekend or after 3 p.m. The shipment time depends on where you are located. All orders ship out from our NYC office and because nail polish can only be shipped via ground it can take anywhere from few days to up to 2 weeks.

6. Can you ship my order express?
Due to nail polish being considered hazardous materials, we can only ship it via ground. We apologize about any inconvenience.
Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with canceling your order.
Can I return my order?
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase, you may return any item in its unopened original condition for a full refund of the product value. Please consult our returns page for all the details: CLICK HERE
Are your polishes toxic chemical free?
All JINsoon formulas are 10-free and formulated without harsh chemicals such as formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, formaldehyde resin and camphor.
Do you need a UV lamp to use the JINsoon Polish?
No. JINsoon polish dries like regular nail polish, while leaving you with shiny durable glossy finish.

Yes. You can use the gift certificate in any of the 4 locations. For the full list please visit the locations tab.
2. Can I add tip to gift certificate? Can I pay tip from the gift card?
Yes, we now allow this.

4. What should I wear if I am getting a pedicure?
Ideally you should wear loose fitted pants/dress or skirt that can be raised slightly above the knee. But don't worry in case you arrive with clothing that will not allow for this we will try to accommodate.
